My Life Weight Loss Program
My Life dietary education program provides clients with the necessary tools to overcome the fears and insecurities that are evoked by the term "Diet".
The program is designed to acheive a number of very important goals:

- Weight Loss
- Confidence
Clients are educated on correct eating, meal size and purchase of fresh produce. This is a lifestyle re-education rather than just a diet. Each week you are weighed and we only set realistic goals. No weighing food, no silly shakes, no pills, just common sense.
We aim to educate in a number of key areas:
- Purchase of Food - ie. Understanding Labels (kilojules, fats, carbohydrates) Fresh vs Packaged
- Meal Portions
- Meal Numbers
- When to Eat
This is a simple no nonsense approach to eating better whilst still enjoying the good things in life.
